Best-Sellers – Last 90 Days – January 2020

Last 90-days to January 7th, 2020

For all those who might have noticed (Read: nobody but me, most likely) I haven't updated these monthly posts since the last one in October. This is for two reasons. One, I'm not advertising my books anymore, so monthly figures are fairly low and the 90-day chart has a lot of copy over. Second, because there isn't much to report (and nobody eagerly awaiting these updates each month) it seemed a better use of time for me to focus on other things and come back here every three months to compile a 90-day list.

So that's what I'm doing.

Please note, that in the KENP chart, several titles have been withdrawn from Kindle Unlimited over the last couple of months as I anticipate testing them with, if it's finished, a new app.

These figures are for the dates between October 10th, 2019, and January 7th, 2020, and the brackets after each book signify the change from last month’s position, a (-) meaning the book is unchanged, and a (++) means it is a new entry into the chart.

Paperback sales or eBook downloads:

1) The Song Birds (-)
2) Those Geese, They Lied; He's Dead (-)
3) The Prey (-)
4) The Machine (++)
5) The Meltdown (+1)
6) The Menace (-1)
7) Tim Heath Thriller Collection (++)
8) The Tablet (++)
9) The Poison (-2)
10) The Pride (-2)

Comment: Local sales nearly completely attributed to my Estonian-based novel coming out on top again––people buying the book for Christmas gifts (often for others, having read it themselves). And at number three is the newly crowned Fans' Favourite title which features not only your two favourite characters but also your favourite villain.

Congratulations to the winner!

KENP Chart:

2) The Prey (-)
3) The Penn Friends Volume 2 (++)
4) The Pride (-)
5) The Poison (++)
6) The Shadow Man (++)
7) Cherry Picking (++)

Comment: My collection of four novels is giving even Brian Adams a run for his money (remember THAT song?)––it remains at the top yet again, and will soon complete a year as my number one most read title in KU.

My most-read title in KU in the last 90 days

Okay, that's everything from me for now. I wish you all a very happy 2020, a year that should see another three titles (at least) come out from me, all three most-likely continuing The Hunt series. So watch this space. The first two of these are already written. By the time I come back here (in 90 days) to update these figures, I should have written book nine (in the series) as well. That'll take my published novels to 18, and perhaps give some of these charts some fresh competition. I certainly hope so. No author really writes a book for nobody to read…
